Specializing in Human Capital Strategy, Cindy Moran brings 20+ years of experience in Learning and Leadership Development. Her work now spans a wide variety of industries nation-wide. Her expertise includes talent acquisition and development, leadership and succession planning, change management and growth strategy, all leading to measurable ROI that directly impacts the bottom line.

Cindy’s education includes a BA in Philosophy/Business from Villanova University and graduate work in Philosophy at Penn State University. She has a certificate in Strategic Organizational Leadership, and is a certified facilitator for The Leadership Challenge®, For The Predictive Index®, Cindy is a Master Trainer, facilitating the PI Certified Trainer program.

Cindy has lived in Pennsylvania and Texas, but calls Tampa, FL her home. She is actively involved in her community through the Chamber of Commerce, fundraising for the American Diabetes Association StepOut Walk, a Board Member for the YMCA, and Manager of the Senior Human Resource Development Committee for the Association of Talent Development.

Jennifer Currence is a corporate trainer and leader coach who specializes in career and talent development. She has 20 years of HR experience and is currently one of 32 people in the world selected as a faculty member for the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Jennifer is the founder and president of The Currence Group, which provides training solutions for small to mid-sized businesses. She began her HR career with Accenture Consulting and expanded into financial services, consumer goods, and non-profit organizations. She earned her MBA with an emphasis in management and holds a nationally accredited certification in coaching (ACC) and two international senior-level certifications in human resources (SPHR and SHRM-SCP). She has been recognized as a Thought Leader by the International Society of Performance Improvement, and was named the Tampa Bay HR Consultant of the Year for 2017

Liz Palmieri

Talent Optimization Consultant

Liz Palmieri is a Talent Optimization Consultant who works with executive leadership and HR professionals to support them in aligning their business strategy with their talent strategy to achieve their business outcomes.


Liz believes that when an organization hires the right talent for the right job and retains top talent that it helps to make the world a better place.  In any endeavor that she has pursued, she strives to be of service to others and to help make their lives better.

Liz worked at The Predictive Index where she had the pleasure of supporting 70+ accounts with optimizing their talent by leveraging the power of predictive analytics.  She has worked with companies of all sizes and in various industries.  Prior to working at The Predictive Index, Liz's career in post-secondary education spans the last 18 years.  Her time in the education industry has been split between operations/leadership and talent management/training.


Liz is a Certified Talent Optimization Leader and a Certified International Health Coach.  Liz holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Associate of Arts in Computer Networking from Strayer University.

In her spare time, Liz loves to travel, cook, spend time outdoors, and practice yoga.​

Audrey McGuckin is an HR Executive with more than three decades of experience consulting with CEOs and CHROs to help them address their toughest and most complex business challenges, through innovative Leadership and Human Capital solutions.

Before beginning her consulting practice, Audrey was Chief Talent Officer with a leading, global technology company, where she worked with the board on CEO Succession Management, Executive Development, Diversity, Change Management and Organizational Development solutions to her internal clients.

Her unique background enables her to help clients realize their strategic human capital ambitions in a practical, ‘no nonsense’ way. She has an uncanny ability to facilitate and raise business issues and challenges, to assist in identifying business strategies and unbundle these into actionable HR and Talent plans that deliver tangible results for her clients.

Carissa has 20 years of experience in technical and production workplaces in roles of manager, consultant and individual contributor. She has a unique outlook on the impact of leadership during times of change. Starting as a college graduate, Carissa supervised a crew for a 24-hour production operation.  After a decade of managing roles, she honed influencing skills (since sans the authoritative title) across multiple departments. Her internal consultant role connected all past experiences to where she can build rapport easily with people in various levels of an organization.

Carissa earned her Bachelors in Chemical Engineering and Masters in Business Administration and didn’t stop there. She is a certified Process Master, Six Sigma Green Belt, and graduate of Dale Carnegie’s Leadership program. She is a practicing follower of Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and is currently earning her Certified Professional Coach status with IPEC Coaching.
