Vanessa Paster
Talent Optimization Leader
Vanessa Paster is a Leadership Advisor and organizational consultant with nearly two decades of experience working across corporate, nonprofit, and mission-driven organizations. She specializes in leadership development, team effectiveness, and advisory work with executives and boards navigating complexity, growth, and change.
Known for her clarity and discretion, Vanessa helps leaders make sense of competing demands and move forward with greater alignment and confidence, often integrating storytelling as a practical tool for communication and decision-making.
Fluent in English and Spanish, she partners effectively with multilingual and multicultural teams, translating across perspectives, cultures, and power dynamics with clarity and care. Vanessa serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Chapter of the Huntington's Disease Society of America (HDSA) and chairs INSPIRE, a women's storytelling initiative in partnership with the Women of Dartmouth.
She lives in Pompano Beach, Florida, with her husband and son, and feels most at home in the messy middle - where the path isn’t clear yet, but something real is starting to emerge.


Sarah Bergeron

With over 15 years of experience in high tech, SaaS, and consulting, Sarah brings deep expertise in sales, sales management, and talent development. Her fluency in French has allowed her to connect with clients spanning across Fortune 500 companies and smaller domestic and international markets.
She specializes in helping individual contributors and leadership teams of all levels reach their full potential by understanding themselves and others through science-backed people data. Whether it’s in a road-map discussion or workshop setting, Sarah’s clients leave sessions armed with clearly defined next steps and outcomes.
Known for her resourcefulness and loyal nature, she has been honored to partner with long-time clients for over a decade and continues to build long-lasting relationships with new clients along our journey.
Outside of work, you’ll find Sarah on the ski slopes or shores of New England with her husband, three young children, and family.


Alicia Wassenberg
Client Success Manager
Alicia has been with MVP-Results since 2017. Her background includes experience working in non-profits, the fitness industry, university administration, and retail management.
Known for her attention to detail, Alicia thrives while helping clients with organizing and technical support.
Alicia is Certified as a PI Practitioner and in PI Talent Optimization.
Outside of work, she loves to read (preferably poolside), travel, and spend time with her family.

With more than two decades of cross-functional experience in SaaS, professional services, and life sciences, Ginger brings deep expertise in leadership development, talent optimization, and strategic consulting. Certified as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coach and Predictive Index Talent Optimization Consultant, she helps organizations connect people strategy to business strategy and develop leaders who enable teams to thrive.
Known for turning ambiguity into clarity and action, Ginger partners with clients to navigate complexity, elevate leadership capability, and unlock measurable performance gains through practical guidance and a people-first approach. Guided by the belief that when leaders grow, organizations transform, she is committed to helping teams build the confidence, clarity, and connection needed to succeed.
Outside of work, Ginger enjoys hiking, traveling, and reading, and finds purpose in the lively home she shares with her two teenagers, two dogs, and two cats.


Carissa Gudenkauf

With over 30 years of experience across manufacturing, technical, and entrepreneurial environments, Carissa brings deep expertise in operational rigor and people development. She specializes in organizational agility, coaching, and process optimization, applying her strengths in data-driven analysis to help organizations focus on the key levers to achieve sustained growth and realized vision.
By integrating her background in Chemical Engineering with her MBA, she provides a unique consulting lens that treats talent as a critical business system—one that requires the same rigor applied to other organizational assets.
Known for her candor, humor, and data-backed insights, Carissa helps clients increase productivity and engagement by diagnosing cultural friction and implementing actionable plans at every level. She is recognized for her ability to empower teams to unlock their full potential through engaging, sophisticated interactions.
Carissa is driven by a lifelong passion for learning and a commitment to support the economic engines that raise the level of both individual and community prosperity. She is a Certified Process Master, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, IPEC Trained Coach, and Talent Optimization Consultant.
Outside of work, Carissa can be found on the golf course with her husband, Scott, or helping others unlock their own potential.


Cindy Moran

Cindy helps organizations align people, performance, and purpose through expertise in talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. She drives impact in talent optimization, succession planning, and team development, partnering with executives to strengthen engagement, improve retention, and build high-performing cultures that support business goals.
Known for her practical, people-first approach, Cindy translates behavioral data into actionable strategies that reduce execution risk and accelerate results. She is a Predictive Index Master Trainer, Talent Optimization Consultant, certified facilitator of The Leadership Challenge, and contributing author of “Candidate Assessment” in Executive Recruitment in Sport: Insights from the Boardroom (Emerald Publishing).
Cindy has partnered with organizations from high-growth startups to international firms across professional services, technology, sports, and nonprofit sectors—and brings a proven ability to apply her approach in virtually any industry. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, community engagement, and her love of all things Disney.


Mike Neal
CEO, Co-Founder
Mike has built and scaled several successful businesses, including a niche product company listed on the London Stock Exchange and a nursing supplies distributor that remains a market leader in England.
After briefly “retiring” to Florida in 2001, Mike didn’t stay on the sidelines for long. He soon returned to business, running a local manufacturing company that grew to have major contracts across the state. Since joining the Predictive Index community in 2011, Mike has worked with organizations across many industries, ranging from Fortune 25 leadership teams to family-owned businesses working through change.
As a PI Elite Partner, he’s known for pairing PI expertise with a practical, business-first mindset that helps companies get real results by aligning people strategy with business strategy.
When he’s not at MVP-Results, Mike and his wife love to travel and seek out new adventures, from swimming with whale sharks to helicoptering over active volcanoes. They also enjoy time with family, friends, and their rescue animals. A passionate Arsenal FC fan, Mike has followed the London football club since he was a boy.
